The MTN Trainer Lite Mid is a comfortable, supportive, three-season mid-height boot ideal for rocks and technical terrain. Bigger weight means higher energy expenditure. We reduce weight by using a lightweight but extremely durable textile upper with suede inserts. Thanks to the waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX Extended Comfort inner lining, this shoe is also ideal for use in the mountains during three seasons - from higher activity levels in summer to rain, mud or persistent snow.

The fit distinguishes every boot. Our half-height boot last construction provides ample comfortable space for your toes as well as all-day comfort and support with the optimal level of flexibility. At the heart of the shoe is the EVA midsole, which provides ideal shock absorption and rebound. For added stability and extra protection, the shoe is equipped with a flexible ankle shaft, a heel stabiliser and a rubber toe cap.

Under the foot, thanks to the Pomoco rubber compound and tread pattern with deep studs and notches, the outsole guarantees reliable grip as well as the versatility necessary to be used for a variety of terrain types, from mud and grass to rock, ice and snow. The climbing shoe lacing system that extends directly to the toe allows easy adjustment for greater precision on technical terrain or a more relaxed feel.
